To encourage the habit of conducting current research (i.e., keeping one’s eyes open), each and every business day during the semester you will be responsible for reading the world, national and business sections of a high-quality daily newspaper (e.g., The Wall Street Journal, Los Angeles Times, New York Times) or accessing a news.
Electronic media can be used to satisfy this requirement. I will further discuss assignment submission requirements in the class. You must post a short paragraph (150 to 200 words) on ‘Why you or your organization would care about this issue’ and a provide a reference for the article. You need to also include a cover page with your document.
